Refund and Return Policy
Return eligibility
If you purchased a full-priced ceramic plant pot and changed your mind and would like to return it, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that promotional/discounted items are not eligible for refunds. We will only replace products if there are quality issues.
Return conditions
The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, without any scratches, tears, stains, etc.
The product must remain in the original packaging, including all accessories, fillings, and packaging boxes, etc. to ensure that it is fully protected during transportation. The original packaging is essential for the safe transportation of ceramic plant pots. Missing or damaged packaging may result in the rejection of the return request.
We will refund all eligible returns, but the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Ineligible returns
Gift cards and promotional/discounted items are not accepted for return.
Proof of Return
To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email that we have received the return and begin processing your refund.
The refund will be issued directly to your original payment method through Shopify. The time it takes to receive the refund may vary depending on the payment institution, but it will usually be completed within 3-10 business days.
Exchange Instructions
If the ceramic flower pot you received has a quality problem (such as firing defects, shipping damage, etc.), we can exchange the product for you. Please send an email to info@ancooly.com with a detailed description of the product problem and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, please email info@ancooly.com to request the return address. The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. To ensure the safe return of the item, it is recommended to choose a shipping method with tracking function and insurance service, and properly package the item to avoid damage during transportation. If the item is damaged during return transportation due to improper packaging, it will affect your refund or exchange application.
